Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week

HCHB. OASIS and HH required

? Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years in Home Health
HCHB (Homecare Homebase) & OASIS experience: Required
License: Active RN License in the practicing state
CPR Certification: Required
Driver's License: Required
Transportation: Must have reliable transportation and valid insurance
CHPN Certification: Preferred
Education:
Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program (Required)
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Preferred)

Homecare Homebase (HCHB) - Required
OASIS - Required
Strong clinical judgment and patient assessment skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Protouch Staffing Job ID #PROTOUCHEXT-91006. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
