Duties Greet customers warmly and engage them with friendly, professional communication Assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces that match their preferences and needs Handle retail sales transactions accurately using Edge POS (Point of Sale) system Meet or exceed personal and store sales quotas by effectively communicating the features and benefits of merchandise, extended service plans and financing options Maintain in-depth knowledge of diamonds (the "4 C's), precious metals, gemstones, and watch bands to educate customers Assist with inventory counts and repair intake paperwork Ensure the jewelry display cases are clean, organized, and appealing at all times Build a book of loyal customers by following up on past purchases, notifying them of upcoming sales, or inviting them to special trunk shows Experience High School Diploma or equivalent Previous retail sales experience, preferably 1-3 years in jewelry, accessories, or luxury Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership and team collaboration skills Familiarity with POS systems and retail transactions. Edge POS experience is a plus Strong communication skills with a positive attitude and a competitive drive to succeed in a small but growing jewelry store Must be comfortable with standing for long periods of time Availability to work flexible retail hours.
