The main responsibilities include managing trash and recycling to ensure everything is kept neat and organized. It's crucial that these tasks are handled with care to maintain the cleanliness of the property. I also want the exterior checked to be sure all is in order. No interior checking required. If packages are at the front door I’d like them brought around the back of the house to be under the covered entrance in the rear. Services to be provided on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.
